Extraordinary times call for Extraordinary Leadership. It is in times of crisis and predicament that employees turn to their leaders the most. Effective leadership in these times involves cultivating a change in mindset, motivation and a consistently positive attitude.

The session “Leading in Today’s Times” focuses on developing resilience and embracing a change in mindset incurrent times. The challenges are on multiple fronts and how one can Lead   Self to Win. It all starts with SELF.
